Orbis Top Milwaukee Workplace

Orbis Corporation, a manufacturer of reusable packaging, has been named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The newspaper named Orbis as No. 25 among midsize companies (150-499 employees) in the five-county area around Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is the seventh year in a row Orbis has received Top Workplace recognition.

Milwaukee Top Workplace chose recipients based on an assessment given to employees at nominated businesses and organizations. Employees are asked to react to a series of statements that gauge how they feel about their workplace. The statements pertain to organizational health, personal jobs and employee engagement.

“This year, more than ever, this tremendous accomplishment is a true reflection of our employees’ dedication and commitment to our company. It is such an honor to work with a team that is so engaged and passionate about our business, our culture, our customers and our communities,” said Bill Ash, president at Orbis.

“We have a strong focus on talent at Orbis and have executed many initiatives to help employees with their career development and personal performance, including mentoring, blogs and a rewards and recognition app. I am proud to say this is Orbis’ seventh consecutive year receiving the Milwaukee Top Workplace title. We will do our best to continue the tradition.”
