Priority Courier Buys INPAX

Priority Courier Experts, a provider of same-day logistics services backed by Trident Management and Bluejay Capital, has acquired has acquired INPAX Shipping Solutions, an Atlanta-based logistics provider.

The deal gives PCE instant scale in the Southeast, a fast-growing region for logistics solutions, and adds a proven operator with deep customer relationships.

• Scale: More than 335 independent-contractor drivers and 75 employees, completing over 400,000 orders a year.
• Services: Parcel and ecommerce pickup and delivery, brokerage, distribution, healthcare logistics and local and regional dock truck and tractor trailer freight.
