Pacific West Buys Coleman Industrial Construction
Pacific West, LLC, a premier rail and industrial infrastructure services company backed by Bluejay Capital Partners, has acquired Coleman Industrial Construction (CIC), a Kansas City, Missouri-based provider of construction, renovation, environmental, maintenance and repair services for rail and industrial facilities.

Pacific West Environmental & Infrastructure is a specialty environmental and industrial infrastructure contracting company serving the western and central United States. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, with operations in Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Phoenix and now Kansas City, Pacific West provides a range of services to clients across the rail, energy, mining, utility and industrial segments including specialty infrastructure and environmental construction, remediation, and industrial services across environmental drilling, vacuum truck resources and a variety of ongoing environmental maintenance services.
CIC’s Kansas City operations extend Pacific West’s footprint into the Midwest, adding to its existing presence in Salt Lake City, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio and Phoenix.

Bluejay Capital Partners is a Denver-based Private Equity firm focused on the transportation and logistics sector.
Founded in 1979, CIC primarily serves Class I railroads. The company builds, renovates, maintains and repairs railroad and industrial facilities, including locomotive servicing and fueling systems, yard air systems and railcar maintenance facilities, as well as wastewater, stormwater and related mechanical and environmental infrastructure.
