MonarchFx Places Bullard Into VP Role

MonarchFx, a business unit of Tompkins International, has named Stephen Bullard vice president of product development and deployment.

Bullard will assist with the development, procurement, integration, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of a suite of integrated, best-of-breed applications designed to deliver rapid value and a competitive advantage for MonarchFx sellers.

Bullard joins MonarchFx with 25 plus years of supply chain and logistics global experience. He has implemented ongoing success for multiple organizations including both vendors and shippers. Before joining MonarchFx Bullard was vice president with Pilot Freight Services, senior manager for Darden Restaurants, and manager at PepsiCo Food Systems.

MonarchFx was created to give the brands and retailers their consumer-driven focus back. MonarchFx is the alternative to Amazon, 3PLs, or In-House models.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College, along with an extensive work history.
