Intelligrated Unveils ProMat Showcase

Automated material handling solutions provider Intelligrated has announced its show lineup for ProMat 2015, which takes place 23-26 March at McCormick Place in Chicago.

At booth 2903, Intelligrated will show its latest solutions to optimize order fulfillment processes, delivering the flexibility, speed and accuracy required by fast-paced e-commerce and omni-channel fulfillment operations.

Visitors can experience a conceptual distribution center, featuring exhibitions of the company’s software, picking technologies, put wall, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), conveyor solutions and sortation systems.

Intelligrated’s fulfillment execution, labor management and business intelligence software products improve operational efficiency by managing labor, processes, inventory and equipment with actionable reporting and analytics. Picking technologies that enable fast, accurate fulfillment in a variety of workflows will be on display through kiosks, mobile picking carts and a dynamic put wall integrated to demonstrate goods-to-person fulfillment.

A live demonstration of the company’s flexible and efficient shuttle technology features the Intelligrated OLS (one-level shuttle) retrieving products from storage. The shuttle handles totes and cartons, providing easy access to a wide variety of product types and sizes in a reduced footprint for goods-to-operator fulfillment, product sequencing and buffering, and just-in-time inventory management applications.

Booth visitors can view a demonstration featuring the industry’s most advanced conveyor and sortation products, including ZoneFlex Advanced, IntelliQ accumulation conveyor and RT3 MDR transfers handling polybags, totes and cases.

Intelligrated’s conveyor and sortation systems handle multiple product types and sizes to provide fast, accurate throughput. The exhibit also includes displays of IntelliSort cross-belt and sliding shoe sortation systems.

Representatives from Intelligrated customer service and support will be on hand to discuss modifications and upgrades to existing systems, maintenance programs and the new OnTimeParts spare parts procurement website.

In addition to booth displays and live demonstrations, Intelligrated will participate in four educational seminars at ProMat.
