Taking place from June 25 to October 22, 2025, this virtual workshop equips leaders with the tools to develop and retain talent and create an actionable succession plan.

Succession planning is key to embedding leadership development and workforce agility into an organization’s culture.
This virtual experience, delivered in four 120-minute sessions, provides a step-by-step framework for assessing talent needs, addressing skills gaps, and preparing internal candidates for evolving roles.
