MHEDA Exhibitor Showcase Dates

The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) has invited members to prepare for the Exhibitor Showcase at its 2026 Annual Convention, scheduled for May 2–6, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Exhibitor Showcase is a chance to spotlight your company’s products and services directly to Convention attendees.

The MHEDA Exhibitor Showcase takes place during the 2026 Annual Convention, scheduled for May 2–6, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Dates You Need to Know:

• October 20, 2025 – The convention floor plan will be posted on the MHEDA website.
• October 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM CT – Booth reservation begins, and the request form goes live on the MHEDA website. Submission is time-stamped to determine the order in which booth selection occurs.
• October 30, 2025 – Booth selection begins. MHEDA staff will reach out during assigned callback times to finalize booth selection.
