The PLZW-R rapid lifting point offers tool-free assembly and disassembly, and expands the winner pro points family, which also includes the PLZW-FIX-SP and PLZW Zeta. It is designed for versatility and safe use in multiple applications, such as those in tool and die, machining, assembly, and general manufacturing industries. The PLZW-R rapid is compatible with the popular pewag winner lifting chain program.

The PLZW-R rapid is a screw-in lifting point that allows for quick and easy attachment with a click-and-go function.

Available in 0.4t, 0.5t, and 1.1t capacities, the product has a 5:1 safety factor. Users simply press a button to unlock the threaded plates; insert the lifting point into the threaded hole; release the button; and tighten the screw by hand. The locking indicator must then be checked to ensure the green ring is visible, confirming the lifting point is ready for use.

The PLZW-R rapid is 360° rotatable, allowing for adjustment in the direction of the load; and the ring can be folded 180° for added versatility. The screw is made of rust-resistant stainless steel, while the sleeve protects the contact surface of the load. Each unit features an individual serial number for traceability.

Benefits include time saving, thanks to the click-and-go function; tool-free assembly / disassembly; and additional options with the Product Identification Plug (PIP), which enables color marking. PIP — provided at no additional cost — gives users a way to apply their own internal color-coding system for inspection intervals, safe-zone identification, or operational categories. The use and choice of colors can be entirely determined by the customer’s own safety policy.

Each product is marked with product family name (PLZW), manufacturer, batch code, CE-mark, and serial number. The manufacturer’s name is also marked on the screw itself, as is batch code, thread size, and load capacity.
