Engineered Rigging Hires Anderson
Engineered Rigging is pleased to announce that Charles Anderson, who joined the company as an intern last fall, has accepted the position of assistant project manager.
In his new role, Anderson will support a variety of heavy lifting and specialized transport projects across the United States and in Latin America.
He will be responsible for project documentation, budget tracking and report generation and will assist in resource allocation, logistics, scheduling and proposal development.
Anderson will also facilitate cross-department communications.
He will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Valparaiso, Ind.
Anderson recently graduated from Trine University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and minors in accounting, business and finance.
Throughout college, Anderson played on the men’s lacrosse team and served as team captain during the 2023-2024 season.
His student athlete experience helped him hone time management, multitasking and leadership skills that will be critical in his new role.

Charles Anderson is assistant project manager at Engineered Rigging.
“At Engineered Rigging, Charles will leverage his abilities to ensure our clients’ projects stay on time and within budget. We look forward to his efforts to foster client relations and contribute to Engineered Rigging’s ongoing growth and success,” said Nick Darlage, director of projects for Engineered Rigging.
