ProMat Wins Awards
MHI’s ProMat has been recognized by winning two categories of the 2026 Trade Show Executive (TSE) Gold 100 Grand Awards. ProMat 2025 was named the Gold 100 Non-Annual Trade Show with the Largest Attendance in 2025. It also received the Staying Connected Award, which TSE states “recognizes the show that has implemented the best programs to stay connected to its audience year-round.”
The winners were revealed at the TSE Gold 100 Awards & Summit, held Sept. 22-24 at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The Gold 100 honors the 100 largest U.S.-based trade shows of 2025, and the Grand Awards single out trade shows of any size for excellence in specific categories.
MHI CEO John Paxton said the Staying Connected Award reflects MHI’s commitment to connecting the industry beyond the show floor.
“ProMat is the largest supply chain event for sourcing solutions and making in-person connections, and those connections continue with MHI year-round,” Paxton said.
“Through ProMat, education, industry-leading content and research, and networking events, we help supply chain professionals stay current on the technologies and trends transforming the industry — automation, artificial intelligence, robotics and data-driven tools, as well as traditional material handling solutions.”
“Drawing the largest attendance of any non-annual Gold 100 show reflects the value ProMat delivers to the supply chain community,” said Daniel McKinnon, Chief Exhibitions Officer at MHI.
“Our exhibitors brought their most innovative solutions, and that’s exactly why record number of attendees showed up for ProMat 2025. Their technologies and services transform the exhibition into a place where real supply chain problems get solved, and we can’t wait to see what they bring to ProMat 2027.”

MHI’s ProMat has been recognized by winning two categories of the 2026 Trade Show Executive (TSE) Gold 100 Grand Awards.
ProMat 2027 is slated for April 19-21 at the McCormick Place in Chicago. To give attendees clarity on the strategies shaping future supply chains, the event will feature over 1,100 solution providers and 200 educational seminars.
The exhibition will attract more than 50,000 domestic and global attendees from all supply chain and manufacturing sectors. Registration for the event is free.
