Rite-Hite Acquires Johnson Equipment
Milwaukee, Wis.-based Rite-Hite® Holding Corporation has acquired Johnson Equipment Company, an industrial equipment dealer for Rite-Hite headquartered in Dallas, Texas with 300 employees at 15 regional offices in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Mexico.
- This is one of the largest acquisitions to date for the industrial equipment manufacturer.
Founded in 1959 by Marvin L. Johnson, the family-owned company has grown alongside the Rite-Hite business through the years.
