Creform Corporation has provided a 42mm tool cart designed to keep tools and production supplies organized and accessible. Optimized for size, configuration and tool placement, the cart helps operators work more efficiently, while ensuring everything has a designated place — and stays there.

The 42mm pipe and joint Creform system is specific for heavy-duty applications. The system also has step down 42/28mm joints that allow you to integrate with 28mm pipe. 

This tool cart is built with a three-sided enclosure with lightweight polypropylene plastic providing a shield to prevent dust from spreading when using a tool on top for sanding and routing.  

The unit features a pull out shelf with a high capacity drawer slide. Shelf positions are easily height adjustable. Half inch plastic shelf surface are mounted for tool and supply storage. Horizontal surface for work or storage of tools are incorporated. Two swivel locking casters and two fixed casters, along with four inch polyurethane wheels provide for easy rolling and positioning maneuverability.

The cart’s dimensions are 26.5″ W x 61″  H x 36″ D and is designed to hold 600 lb. of capacity.

As with all Creform carts, higher capacity and custom cart sizes and configurations are possible with the Creform system of 28 mm and 42 mm plastic-coated steel pipes and metal joints. When needed, they can be configured for ESD (anti-static) applications. Further, Creform carts provide minimal maintenance requirements for prolonged durability. The surfaces are easy to clean in order to help maintain a hygienic environment.

The color of the pictured cart shown is white gray with black plated joints, but a wide variety of pipe color options are available. Accessories include hooks, label holders for shelf levels or even shelf positions, pockets for paperwork, writing surface with clip boards just to name a few. Creform carts are available as a kit, assembled structure or in component form for a complete DIY solution.
