Wolter Group LLC<\/a> has bought A D Lift Truck, a family-owned and operated forklift and material handling company with over 40 years in the industry. It is Wolter<\/a>\u2019s 11th acquisition in the last 10 years.<\/p>\n

The Missouri-based forklift company serves the St. Louis Metro Area as well as Southern Illinois from its two facilities located in St. Louis and St. Clair.<\/p>\n

A D Lift Truck supplies new and used forklifts, material handling equipment, warehouse & safety products, pallet racking, dock equipment, 24\/7 equipment servicing, parts, forklift operator training, and more to their wide network of customers.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of A D Lift Truck expands Wolter Group<\/a>\u2019s offering of\u00a0Kion North America<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0Linde and Baoli lines of electric, gas, and LP forklifts.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, A D Lift Truck will become a new dealer of Doosan Industrial Vehicle\u2019s\u00a0line of forklifts and material handling equipment.<\/p>\n
