Terex Utilities<\/a> has presented a check for $5,000 to Susan G. Komen Great Plains, a regional nonprofit organization providing breast health education and services.<\/p>\n

The company held a breast cancer awareness campaign in conjunction with the 2019 International Construction & Utility Equipment Expo (ICUEE), Oct. 1-3, in Louisville, Ky. During the show, the company collected attendee signatures on a banner next to a display of a pink bullet tooth auger (BTA) tool. For every signature collected, Terex communicated that they would donate funds to the Komen Great Plains.<\/p>\n

Clint Weber, vice president and general manager of Terex Utilities<\/a>, delivered the funds and the poster with signatures to Linda Eidem, regional development manager for Susan G. Komen Great Plains, at Terex Utilities\u2019 headquarters in Watertown, S.D. The contribution supports the local community in South Dakota.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEvery week an estimated 15 people are diagnosed and two people die from breast cancer in South Dakota.
