The Electrification and Controls Manufacturers Association (ECMA) industry group of MHI<\/a> has released a new ANSI standard governing AC inverters used on monorail cranes.<\/p>\n

The standard, ANSI ECMA 25-19 \u201cAC Inverters for Use on Electric Overhead, Monorail, and Gantry Traveling Cranes,\u201d represents suggested design practices and operational requirements for inverters and provides guidance and information to those in contact with material handling equipment.<\/p>\n
