The AGVS, ASRS, CSS, Solutions Community and TRG Industry Groups of MHI<\/a> collaborated on the creation of this new informational and news resource for manufacturing and supply chain professionals.<\/p>\n

Traditionally, industrial robots in material handling applications have been limited to palletizing\/depalletizing, conveyor picking or other highly-repetitive tasks. However, technology advancements and the expansion of ecommerce have created opportunities for the expansion of robots and automated solutions into a wider variety of applications, including warehousing and distribution center activities.<\/p>\n
