NACCO Materials Handling Group (NMHG)<\/a>, the parent company of Hyster Company and Yale Materials Handling Corporation, has promoted Pat DeSutter, director of fleet management, to vice president of fleet, service and aftermarket, effective January 1 2015.<\/p>\n

In his new role, DeSutter will oversee all sales, operations and management for the fleet, service and aftermarket divisions of Hyster Company and Yale Materials Handling Corporation.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs an organization focused on delivering the highest levels of service and sustaining relationships long after the sale, fleet management, customer service and aftermarket parts are critical to our success, and the success of our dealers and customers,\u201d said Chuck Pascarelli, president of sales and marketing, Americas, NMHG. \u201cPat has shown dedication, initiative and expertise throughout his time at NMHG, and I am confident that these divisions will excel under his accomplished leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n

DeSutter joined NMHG in 1992 as a parts pricing manager and has continually prospered within the organization. He has held several positions within the parts division, working his way up to director of parts distribution operations. In his most recent role as director of fleet management, DeSutter and his team implemented management programs for materials handling customers, working to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of their fleets and operational goals.<\/p>\n

DeSutter has more than 25 years of industry experience and holds a B.S. degree in economics from Purdue University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
