Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation (RHCC)<\/a>, a material handling equipment supplier in Northern California and the Northwest, recently held its third annual \u201cPink Pallet Jack Project\u201d online auction in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. John Souza, of J and K Trucking, placed the winning bid of $4,000 for Raymond\u2019s pink 8210 Electric Pallet Truck.<\/p>\n

All proceeds raised from this year\u2019s auction will benefit the Tina Fund in Greene, New York and the HERS Breast Cancer Foundation in Fremont, California. The pallet jack is ideal for retail store, wholesale delivery and food processing applications that require more precise maneuverability in tight and\/or congested areas.<\/p>\n

\u201cRaymond Handling Concepts Corporation<\/a> has received remarkable support for our annual Pink Pallet Jack Project in the previous two years from our employees, customers, partners and local communities,\u201d said Steve Raymond, president.<\/p>\n

\u201cAltogether, Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation<\/a> was able to raise approximately $9,000 to benefit two worthy breast cancer charities. We are thrilled to see our Pink Pallet Jack Project\u2019s continued success in uniting our network and communities together in the support of finding a cure. Since 2014, we have raised more than $120,000 for charity, a large portion of this amount coming from the Pink Pallet Jack Project.\u201d<\/p>\n

Raymond Handling Concepts<\/a> began its fundraising efforts early this year with its first \u201cBeat Breast Cancer\u201d rummage sale held in August at its offices in Auburn, Washington, where additional funds were raised for the Tina Fund and HERS Breast Cancer Foundation. Since 2014, Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation has raised more than $109,000 for charity, a large portion of this amount coming from the Pink Pallet Jack Project.<\/p>\n

In addition to the auction, RHCC<\/a> hosted a community open house and raffle at its Fremont, California facility. Several vendor partners attended and supported the event by donating items to the raffle including Vestil who donated a hand pallet jack painted pink and Abacus who contributed a number of premium golf bags.
