On WorkAmerica<\/a>, job seekers create a profile and add the industry-recognized credentials they have earned. The website can also help candidates to generate a resume based on their profile. Companies can then search the extensive database of prospective employees by location, experience, credential, or even a specific skill in order to recruit the ideal candidate.<\/p>\n

Certified Precision Sheet Metal Operators (PSMO), participants in FMA<\/a>\u2019s metal fabrication training and certificate courses, along with students enrolled in a manufacturing curriculum at an FMA<\/a> Certified Education Center (CEC) member school, are encouraged to request access at workamerica.co. The service is free for individuals to build a profile highlighting his or her education, experience, and industry certificates or certifications earned.<\/p>\n
