DHL eCommerce has announced a gold sponsorship with the Georgia Institute of Technology\u2019s H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) through the ISyE Partners Program.<\/p>\n

The partnership is designed to bridge academic research and industrial application, establishing a talent pipeline from the nation’s top-ranked industrial engineering program according to U.S. News & World Report (2025).<\/p>\n

The one-year sponsorship includes the opportunity for DHL eCommerce representatives to attend ISyE Advisory Board Meetings, career fairs, and other recruitment events, while also gaining access to a Senior Design Team that will work on real-world engineering challenges impacting DHL\u2019s operations and customer experience. Four soon-to-graduate industrial engineers are expected to join DHL eCommerce in the summer of 2026 in Operations Industrial Engineer I roles within the company\u2019s four-level engineering program.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis partnership accelerates the integration of high-level engineering talent into our technical operations,\u201d said Mehmet Gur, Sr. Director of Operations Engineering, DHL eCommerce, Americas. \u201cCollaborating with Georgia Tech allows us to apply new analytical perspectives to our network, ensuring our operations remain competitive.\u201d<\/p>\n

I started as an Operations Industrial Engineer level I and recently got promoted to level III, having the chance of gaining experience while continuously expanding my expertise,\u201d said Gabriel Larios, Operations Industrial Engineer III. \u201cIt has been an incredibly rewarding journey in which I have learned a lot from the members of the engineering group as well as other departments.\u201d<\/p>\n
