IPAF has issued three million Powered Access Licence (PAL) Cards. The PAL Card is the most widely recognised proof of operator training for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) and Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWPs).<\/p><\/div>\n
