Mike Nayden, director, supply chain and manufacturing operations, Deloitte Consulting LLP, said: \u201cThe objective of this survey is to develop market leading thought leadership on the impact of emerging technologies in supply chains and what companies can do today to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace. We would like to ask for a few minutes of your time to respond to this brief questionnaire.\u201d<\/p>\n

The deadline for the close of the survey is 12am ET on December 4 2015. Respondents interested in receiving a copy of the survey results are requested to enter their email address after completing the survey.
