Hiab<\/a> has completed the acquisition of Brazilian crane manufacturer ING Cranes \u2014 reported on our news page last month<\/a> (December).<\/p>\n

The acquisition significantly enhances Hiab<\/a>\u2019s presence in Brazil, complementing its current portfolio in the market.<\/p>\n

The acquired operations will be included in Hiab<\/a>\u2019s financial reporting for the first time in the first quarter of 2026. ING Cranes\u2019 sales in 2024 amounted to approximately $58 million. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.<\/p>\n
