Baker brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience in engineering software and industrial markets, positioning Seegrid<\/a> for its next phase of accelerated innovation and growth.<\/p>\n

Baker has held executive, business development, product management, and engineering roles at companies including New Eagle, Hexagon AB, MSC Software, and Ford Motor Company. Most recently, he served as CEO of New Eagle, a private-equity-backed embedded systems leader specializing in software solutions for electrification and autonomy. There, Baker successfully executed a company-wide transformation that staged operations for product and services growth in alignment with the wider fund portfolio strategy.<\/p>\n

His approach aligns with Seegrid<\/a>\u2019s mission to deliver reliable, scalable autonomous solutions that transform industrial productivity and safety.<\/p>\n

This leadership transition follows the retirement of former CEO Joe Pajer, who guided Seegrid<\/a> through a period of strong growth and innovation. Under his leadership, the company built a solid team, delivered significant market traction, and strengthened its position as the trusted partner for some of the world\u2019s largest manufacturing and distribution companies.<\/p>\n

Pajer is not stepping away from Seegrid<\/a> entirely\u2014he will continue to play an important role as an advisor to the company\u2019s Board of Directors, ensuring continuity and ongoing support for the organization\u2019s long-term vision.<\/p>\n
