Hiab has closed the sale of MacGregor to funds managed by Triton.<\/p>\n

On 10 July 2025, Hiab announced that all regulatory approvals had been secured, and the closing of the Transaction was expected on 31 July 2025.<\/p>\n

Triton has now transferred the agreed purchase price to Hiab<\/a> and obtained control of MacGregor\u2019s business. Hence, the transaction was closed on 31 July 2025.<\/p>\n
