Respondents represented such industries as manufacturing, retail, wholesale \/ distributor, third-party warehouses, and life sciences.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/werc.org\/page\/metrics\">report<\/a> tracks 30+ metrics that are key to distribution professionals. The top five most popular metrics for this year\u2019s report were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On-time shipments<\/li>\n<li>Average warehouse capacity used<\/li>\n<li>Peak Warehouse Capacity Used<\/li>\n<li>Order-picking accuracy (percent by order)<\/li>\n<li>Dock-to-stock cycle time (in hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/werc.org\/page\/metrics\">report<\/a> also contains such demographic information as company size, facility type, and location.
