IPAF Approved Training Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Training centres are audited by IPAF and deliver both theory and practical operator training that leads to the issuance of the globally recognised IPAF PAL Card (Powered Access Licence). This model includes full administrative support and auditing by IPAF to ensure compliance with all training provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. NEW: Aerial Lift (MEWP) Training by IPAF\u2014Training Solution Provider<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This new option allows companies to deliver IPAF\u2019s MEWP operator theory eLearning without becoming a full IPAF Training Centre. Training solution providers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offer IPAF\u2019s ANSI\/CSA-compliant MEWP operator theory training courses.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver their own practical evaluation using IPAF\u2019s training support guide.<\/li>\n<li>Issue their own certification to trainees.<\/li>\n<li>Brand the training documents with their company logo.<\/li>\n<li>Operate independently with optional support from IPAF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. NEW: IPAF Training Referral Partner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a referral partner, MEWP manufacturers, rental companies and associations can promote IPAF\u2019s MEWP operator and supervisor eLearning courses through a unique referral link. However, many online courses claim to be ANSI or OSHA-compliant but fall well short of accepted standards, which puts workers and operations at risk. Qualified MEWP operators are in high demand, and IPAF\u2019s new eLearning options enable us to extend access to reliable, standards-based training for more operators and contractors throughout North America.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor rental companies and equipment dealers, offering IPAF training as part of your service can add real value for your existing customers\u2014and attract new ones, without becoming a full IPAF Training Centre. It\u2019s about flexibility, compliance and promoting safe practices at scale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The launch of IPAF\u2019s new eLearning MEWP operator training options aligns with the International Labour Organization\u2019s World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2025, which this year highlights how digital transformation can enhance workplace safety and health.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur new eLearning models make high-quality, compliant MEWP safety training more accessible than ever, offering scalable, self-paced digital theory classes with no scheduling constraints via a modern, user-friendly platform for an improved learning experience\u201d,\u00a0continued Tony.<\/p>\n<p>The programme allows training solutions providers and referral partners to offer IPAF\u2019s MEWP eLearning courses directly to their customers. Two eLearning courses are available through this program: MEWP Operator Theory Training and MEWP Supervisor Training. Accessible on any device and available in multiple languages, these courses meet ANSI A92.24 &amp; CSA B354 standards, include knowledge checks and scenario-based learning, and are followed by in-person practical evaluations through IPAF\u2019s network of approved Training Centres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Get Involved<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IPAF is actively seeking companies interested in becoming Training Solution Providers or Referral Partners.
