These activities are quantified as CUSP points, with operators needing to accumulate 30 CUSP points over two years to retain their certification. Now, training completed on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/cm-labs-simulations-inc\/\">CM Labs<\/a> simulator can be counted, at a 1:1 ratio of simulation training hours to CUSP points, towards recertification. Attending select <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/cm-labs-simulations-inc\/\">CM Labs<\/a> webinars can also earn operators one CUSP point, as each contact hour of education is worth one point for CUSP recertification.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis move is a great step forward in helping operators maintain their certification,\u201d said Devon Van de Kletersteeg, the Ports, Utilities, and Industrial Product Growth Manager at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/cm-labs-simulations-inc\/\">CM Labs<\/a>. \u201cSimulation training is something that an operator can complete no matter the weather. Any safety violation an operator commits in an exercise is logged, allowing for effective, safe, and data-driven training,\u201d noted Van de Kletersteeg.<\/p>\n<p>Newly added performance indicators make tracking safety training and progress on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/cm-labs-simulations-inc\/\">CM Labs<\/a> simulator simple and straightforward. Performance indicators measure and track three key areas of operation: productivity, quality, and safety, with each category receiving a letter grade, along with a list of the individual metrics used to calculate that grade.
