As recruitment challenges intensify, <a href=\"https:\/\/globalliftingawarenessday.com\/\">GLAD 2025<\/a> aims to provide practical solutions to help businesses identify, develop, and retain top talent.<\/p>\n<p>As part of LEEA\u2019s commitment to drive positive change in the lifting industry, it is conducting an international <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/LiftingEquipment\/GLAD-LEEA-Skills-Survey?utm_source=LEEA+Contacts+-+Members%2C+Directors%2C+Staff+%26+Individual+Trainees%2CStakeholders&amp;utm_campaign=dff923d03b-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2025_02_20_11_20_COPY_01&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_-c11e730ccb-\">survey<\/a> to understand skills gaps, recruitment challenges, and training needs.\u00a0Insights will help shape how it supports a skilled, safe, and sustainable workforce.<\/p>\n<p>The findings will be a key feature of <a href=\"https:\/\/globalliftingawarenessday.com\/\">GLAD 2025<\/a>, driving thought leadership and action to support the future of the industry. Importantly, this independent research is open to both LEEA members and non-members. It takes about 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential and anonymised.<\/p>\n<p>LEEA\u2019s response will be shared on 12th June, aiming to inspire change and support growth. LEEA CEO, Dr. Ross Moloney and Matt Barber, LEEA Director of Membership, will host a webinar on the day of <a href=\"https:\/\/globalliftingawarenessday.com\/\">GLAD<\/a> to launch a special report that highlights the most pressing issues related to skills shortages, skills gaps, and recruitment across the lifting sector.
