(CTI), which is headquartered in Orion Township, Mich.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/orbis-corporation\/\">Orbis<\/a> is a subsidiary of Menasha Corporation.<\/li>\n<li>Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Founded in 1984, CTI\u2019s business focuses on designing and manufacturing custom packaging, including stand-alone trays, container dunnage, precision rack dunnage, seat pallets, and kitting trays. It offers state-of-the-art high pressure injection molding, structural foam molding, and prototyping capabilities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/orbis-corporation\/\">Orbis<\/a> also acquired CTI\u2019s facilities, including 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 22,000 square feet of warehousing space.
