MHI has expanded Christy Dula\u2019s role to Chief Experience and Digital Technology Officer.<\/p>\n

In this expanded role, she will manage the information technology and membership teams to expand MHI\u2019s engagement with MHI members and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n

MHI is building a cohesive member experience that will seamlessly blend the in-person and digital experiences. Aligning both our digital technology and the membership teams will provide enhanced member experiences and deeper engagement.<\/p>\n

“Christy\u2019s new role allows her to leverage both her extensive customer experience and digital skill sets to grow MHI\u2019s member satisfaction, drive deeper engagement and widen our reach to the overall manufacturing and supply chain community,” said MHI CEO John Paxton.<\/p>\n
