It began as a small family-owned business by brothers Conrad &amp; Chet Newell, along with Chet\u2019s son-in-law, William Davis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective immediately, Newell Davis Company will operate as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/mazzella-companies\/\">Mazzella<\/a> Newell Davis. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cI met Tony Mazzella while serving as an officer on the AWRF [Associated Wire Rope Fabricators] board and have had the greatest respect for him and his accomplishments through the years,\u201d said Teresa McGee, president at Newell Davis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I decided to sell Newell Davis Company, Tony and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/mazzella-companies\/\">Mazzella Companies<\/a> was who I thought of first. Our location will fit strategically with their other existing locations and this acquisition will allow our business to flourish with no limitations on potential growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur customers are our top priority, and I know that they will be very well taken care of with better deliveries and access to expert services and premium products with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findadistributor.com\/item\/mazzella-companies\/\">Mazzella<\/a> Newell Davis.
