The three-part white paper series, \u201cChanging Metrics\u2014and Mindsets\u2014in the Warehouse,\u201d captures the technology adoption best practices Crown<\/a>\u2019s team has observed and implemented in diverse material handling applications.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the series is to help accelerate forklift fleet management adoption and prepare the industry for more complex technology initiatives. All three papers can be downloaded now on crown.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The first paper, \u201cFive Goals the Connected Warehouse Can Help You Achieve,\u201d focuses on the five most common goals material handling organizations are establishing to achieve a fast return on their investment in forklift fleet management technology: reducing impacts, increasing utilization, streamlining compliance, enhancing productivity and lowering service costs.<\/p>\n

The next paper, \u201cOptimizing the ROI of Forklift Fleet Management Through Phased Implementation,\u201d reviews various approaches that can be taken to minimize concerns about implementation costs and complexity.
