Mazzella Companies<\/a> has acquired New Tech Machinery (NTM) of Denver, Colorado. NTM is one of the leading manufacturers of portable roll-forming equipment. To date, it has sold machines in over 40 countries and manufactures roll-forming equipment for the metal construction industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe reputation of their people and their portable roof panel and gutter machines is second to none,\u201d said Tony Mazzella, CEO, Mazzella Companies.<\/p>\n

This acquisition adds to Mazzella<\/a>\u2019s diverse company portfolio. \u201cIt will enhance Mazzella Companies\u2019 international manufacturing capabilities and further solidify our position as a leader in the architectural metal roof and wall industries,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

NTM is based in Denver, Colorado and has a manufacturing facility in Hermosillo, Mexico. It employs approximately 80 people between both locations and has been in business since 1991.<\/p>\n
